The Crossing is a unique alternative school for students who do not function best in a normal school environment. • The Crossing middle school services 6th - 8th graders in Elkhart and Mishawaka campuses where students work on core academic areas. • The teacher-to-student ratio averages 1 to 6 in our schools. • Students learn at their own pace using Apex Learning Software Middle School students participate in: • Service Learning • Extended Learning Opportunities • Quarterly Family Nights
